Some teams need the workspace and a person to help run it. Cohenda offers program management starting at $50/hour, with a five-hour minimum per project or cohort ($250 minimum). Workspace subscriptions are separate.
Who it serves
For academy owners and program leaders who need help maintaining an active cohort while retaining visibility into participant progress and decisions. Scope and hours are agreed before work begins; additional hours require approval.
How the work flows
Agree on the operating rhythm
Identify the cohort, contacts, deadlines, communication approvals, and responsibilities. Decide which tasks your team owns and which registrar tasks Cohenda will handle.
Maintain the working record
Coordinate roster changes, session information, participant follow-up, requirement tracking, and routine communications within the agreed scope.
Surface decisions and exceptions
Bring overdue items, access problems, and program changes to the appropriate decision-maker. Leaders retain a clear view of status while the day-to-day record stays organized.
