Every plan uses the same workspace foundation with role-based access. Choose capacity and support as you grow; request upgrades inside your account. Academy course enrollment is separate from workspace subscriptions.
Month-to-month plans keep the entry point flexible. Annual agreements receive 10% off recurring platform fees. Government and institutional buyers may request a firm-fixed-price quote, purchase-order invoicing, or a scoped statement of work. Founding pilot and annual discounts do not combine.

Every workspace plan includes one active course, counting drafts and published courses together. Reuse that course across cohorts within your learner limits. Additional course capacity will be offered separately through Academy plans. Free includes 25 MB storage and no hosted video. Workspace plan changes take effect on the first of the following month. Optional assisted setup is $199. Additional participants on Essential are $6/month each; Professional overages are $4/month each, subject to approved capacity. Workspace plans do not include every Academy course or personal project review.
